Reporting and Analytics Specialist

• Design, develop, and maintain financial/operational reporting frameworks, KPI scorecards, and interactive dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) • Own the end-to-end delivery of recurring and ad-hoc reports • Analyze data across ERP systems and finance platforms to identify trends, risks, and performance drivers • Drive the adoption of self-service BI tools • Identify and execute opportunities to automate reporting and eliminate manual tasks • Partner with regional finance and Shared Service Centers to align reporting with business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, BI, Economics, or related fields
- 4–7 years in finance reporting, business intelligence, analytics, or performance management
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), data modeling, visualization, and SQL, DAX, or Power Query
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau dashboard development
- Management of financial/operational KPIs, data governance, and quality management
- Expertise in reporting automation, process optimization, and data management best practices
- Strong priority and project management with a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to act as a trusted advisor
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
