Job Description Junior Administrator / Administrator, Private Clients Guernsey Monday to Friday, 36¼ hours per week Hybrid INTRO The Junior Administrator / Administrator supports the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures within CSC's Private Clients team in Guernsey. You will help deliver accurate, timely work in line with Client Service Agreements, internal procedures, and applicable laws and regulations related to the Group's Guernsey regulatory licences. This role is well suited to someone who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and motivated to build a career in fiduciary services. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the wider business to progress client instructions and maintain high service standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist with the administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies, completing assigned activities accurately and on time - Prepare routine correspondence and administrative documentation, supporting the wider team with day-to-day client service delivery - Liaise professionally with beneficiaries, bankers, auditors, lawyers, agents, property advisers, and internal teams (including tax and accounts) to progress client matters. - Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements. - Support fee processes, including invoicing administration and assisting with the collection of outstanding debtors where required. - Coordinate with the Accounts Team to support the annual accounts process for trusts and companies, as requested. - Action compliance and review points promptly, escalating issues and risks appropriately. - Contribute to a culture of communication, teamwork, and information sharing, and participate in continuous improvement of team processes. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Some experience in regulated financial services, fiduciary services, client administration, or professional services; entry-level candidates with strong aptitude and transferable administration experience will also be considered. - Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach. - Competence using Microsoft Office and confidence learning internal systems and processes. - Ability to work collaboratively and build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Exposure to trust and company administration, private client services, or fiduciary operations. - Experience supporting compliance activities, periodic reviews, or maintaining audit-ready files in a regulated environment. - Willingness to study toward a relevant professional qualification (e.g., STEP, CGI/ICSA, or equivalent) with support from CSC where applicable. - Experience supporting billing, fee collection, or debtor management processes.
