Role Description I'm looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager who can take ownership of client results, lead key accounts, and become a trusted partner in the business. This is not a role for someone who only manages people or reports on performance - I need someone who is comfortable getting into the details, solving problems, and driving outcomes. This role exists to remove the founder from day-to-day client delivery while improving client performance and fulfillment quality. You'll own strategy, client relationships, team leadership, and execution across our most important accounts, becoming the operational and strategic leader of paid media within the agency. In this role, you will: - Own paid media strategy and execution across multiple client accounts - Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns for performance and ROI - Oversee conversion tracking, attribution, and lead quality analysis - Identify growth opportunities and proactively solve performance issues - Develop campaign structures, testing frameworks, and optimization strategies - Guide ad copy, messaging, creative direction, and landing page improvements - Analyze performance data and translate insights into clear action plans - Lead client communication and confidently present results and recommendations - Help mentor and guide junior media buyers while remaining hands-on - Build and improve workflows using AI tools and automation where appropriate - Collaborate with internal team members, designers, and contractors to execute campaigns effectively - Create systems, processes, and documentation that improve delivery quality and efficiency - Build scalable systems, SOPs, and operational frameworks that improve consistency, quality and team performance. Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally within an agency environment - Experience with B2B SaaS clients - Experience leading or mentoring paid media teams - Strong CRO and landing page optimization experience - Strong expertise in both Google Ads and Meta Ads - Experience creating processes and systems used across teams, not just personal workflows. - Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously - Experience managing larger advertising budgets and scaling campaigns successfully - Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics - Ability to own both strategy and execution, not just one or the other - Strong commercial mindset focused on client ROI and business outcomes - Experience improving landing pages, funnels, and campaign performance - Excellent written and spoken English - Comfortable leading client calls and explaining performance clearly - Proven ability to take ownership and work independently without constant oversight - Practical experience using AI tools to improve workflows, productivity, and campaign execution Requirements - Brownie points for LinkedIn Ads experience - Experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, or internal tools - Experience helping agencies scale delivery operations Benefits - $4,000 - $4,500 per month* - Full-time role, fully remote - Around 20 days paid time off, depending on your country - Opportunity to become a key leader within a growing agency - High-impact role with significant ownership and influence - Direct collaboration with the founder and exposure to strategic business decisions - Structured workdays with a focus on sustainable growth *Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence. Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager is part of the Marketing team and reports to the User Acquisition & Mobile Growth Director. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own the execution and daily optimization of paid acquisition campaigns with a primary focus on Google Ads and Apple Search Ads to drive efficient customer acquisition and business growth.
