Digital Content Specialist

Role Description The Digital Content Specialist should lead autonomously to the implementation of high-quality content on Client's Digital channel properties for Client brand. He/She demonstrates exceptional expertise in tailoring content to meet the unique needs of DTC, Amazon, and key Client online retailers while creating the content strategy for all the channels enhancing the customer journey. The collaborative efforts of the role will extend to cross-functional teams, including Brand, Retail, eBusiness, Data & Insights, and the broader digital team, ensuring a cohesive and impactful digital marketing approach. Key Responsibilities - Owns the creation, execution, and performance optimization of the digital content strategy for Client’s DTC channel, with primary focus on Homepage, Landing Pages, and Blog content. - Lead the content ideation, creation, and deployment of Homepage and Landing Pages, including hero messaging, modules, and supporting content. - Partner with eCommerce, Creative, and UX teams to ensure high-impact, conversion-driven layouts. - Continuously optimize content based on performance, seasonality, launches, and commercial priorities. - Ensure consistency of tone of voice, visual standards, and storytelling across all DTC touchpoints. - Independently manage the Amazon and Client’s key online retailers' properties with complete autonomy and provide content expertise. - Develops & executes content strategies and campaigns aligned with brand objectives, target audience, and channel specificities. - Demonstrates exceptional expertise in tailoring content to meet the unique needs of Amazon and business goals & priorities. - Manages & briefs content/SEO vendors enabling X-brand learnings for higher efficiency. - Explore, identify, and recommend emerging platforms to foster innovation. - Organize frequent catch-ups with the cross-functional teams to collect, review, and upload digital content to Amazon properties, adhering to brand guidelines and specifications. - Partner with the brand teams to get the right content for Client’s digital channels product pages and Brand stores that drive higher conversion rates & user engagement. - Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting of all uploaded content, including text, images, videos, and product information. - Implement in-platform SEO techniques to optimize content visibility and searchability within retailer platforms. - Define & advise on relevant keywords, meta descriptions, and other SEO best practices to enhance content discoverability. - Understands the digital content ecosystem and is able to work on the retail/Brand sites/DTC platforms. - Work with the wider content team to populate the high-level content calendar and provide visibility to internal stakeholders in terms of content updates on Amazon and Client’s Digital channels. - Conduct regular audits to ensure content quality, consistency, and adherence to brand messaging and standards. - Identify and rectify any errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies in uploaded content. - Track and analyze content performance metrics, comparing the impact before and after content updates. - Use data insights to report regularly on content effectiveness, engagement levels, and conversion rates. - Stay abreast of the latest developments in content marketing at retail & project management tools. This role is critical for overseeing the comprehensive management and strategic direction of the annual and unit meetings’ scientific programs and abstract systems. This position will lead the day-to-day operations of the Scientific Programs team.
