Job Requirements

Role Description The Content Marketing Manager is part of a passionate and collaborative organization that is changing the conversation about EVs nationwide by sparking a virtuous cycle of consumer awareness and demand. Veloz plays a unique and important role in the national EV landscape, and now is the time to take our efforts to an exponentially more impactful level. This requires a clear and inspiring vision, sophisticated strategies, significant and sustained financial support, and smart implementation. Reporting to the Communications Director and partnering with the Veloz team, the Content Marketing Manager leads Veloz’s industry-facing and consumer-facing social, newsletter, and digital content across several platforms. This individual plays a critical role in making the electric for all vision a reality by executing aspects of a comprehensive communications and marketing strategy to raise awareness of Veloz and Electric For All. Job Duties - Social Media Marketing - Develop and maintain a social media calendar with strategic content, posts, and analytics. - Post content, manage, and maintain all social media profiles for Veloz and Electric For All. - Work with Veloz’s agency contractors to develop organic social support when applicable. - Manage and produce user-generated content, and community management for both Veloz and Electric For All social channels. - Actively participate in Veloz and Electric For All events by attending and developing social media activities and post-event messaging. - Content Creation & Marketing - Create and deploy strong written and visual communications for newsletters, websites, social media, reports, and other materials. - Provide event support via communications channels, including digital asset creation and social media posts. - Research and implement content marketing and social media strategies to increase reach and impact. - Develop and produce an inventory of visual assets, including photos, videos, and branding. - Ensure brand consistency across all media for Veloz and Electric For All. - Audience Growth & Engagement - Work with the communications team on a data-informed strategy to grow social media channels and newsletters. - Manage and maintain a record of engagement and growth across all social media platforms. - Manage and update the email database including press, members, business development leads, and event attendees. - Analyze and present metrics for newsletters, social media channels, and website to the team. - Engage with contact form outreach from both ElectricForAll.org and Veloz.org. - Additional Support - Provide day-to-day support to the communications leads. - Support presentations and other materials for member engagement as needed. - Manage social media and design-related vendor contracts and process invoices as needed. - Participate in key industry conferences, workshops, and seminars. - Promote a culture of collaboration, communication, and creativity. - Support the team in creating and ordering Veloz swag as needed. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media management, digital content, or a related field. - Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, website management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Proven track record of creating and executing content creation and marketing strategies. - Strong written communication skills, including experience with email marketing and social media content. - Understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). - Proven project management skills, including timeline management and vendor coordination. - Highly collaborative work style with the ability to partner across teams. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation. - Technologically savvy with experience using digital platforms for marketing and communications. Role Description In this exciting position, the Multimedia Content Reviewer will be writing and reviewing linguistic content in a language which they have a native level proficiency to ensure the highest quality of accuracy for customers using the world's foremost multimedia platforms. With time, the Multimedia Content Reviewer will become the cultural ambassador for their language market and will be expected to produce fully localized content and flag potential cultural issues with content types, wording and articulate suggestions to make all content appropriate and relevant for the target markets. The ideal candidate possesses a background in journalism or similar, has proven creative writing skills, and a keen attention to detail. In addition to that, we’re seeking candidates that are passionate about music, film and tech and have a knack for iOS and Mac OS devices. Main Duties - Localize, translate and adapt content of various categories (i.e. multimedia, legal, technical, marketing etc.) while adhering to writing style guide and guidelines. - Write new copy for a range of multimedia products such as music, TV and app store apps, video on-demand and game subscriptions services. - Perform regular linguistic review of their own work as well as the work performed by other members of the localization team for all content types. - Copy-edit and fact check content to ensure accuracy of content. - Perform LQA (Localization QA) testing of any content published on live platforms (music and app descriptions, marketing material and marketing campaigns). - Conduct market-specific research on local content treatment, content, product and terminology trends and best localization practices for the target audience in their market. - Transcribe spoken content such as lyrics. - Report on data and/or assets across a broad scope of media and content types. - Review linguistic assessments, create training material and documents for new projects and ensure that other counterparts of the localization team are fully trained on terminology, style and best practices. - Collaborate with global language team via virtual meetings, emails on content review tasks to ensure calibrating terminology and style, understanding trends and market specific insights, translations based on the market team's needs.
