Role Description We're The Branding People, a Malaysia-based digital marketing agency serving brands across Southeast Asia. If you're someone who enjoys engaging with online communities, building meaningful user relationships, coordinating livestream activities, and creating positive user experiences, this role could be the perfect fit. - Moderate and manage online communities across platforms such as Telegram, and social media channels. - Respond to member enquiries, messages, and comments in a timely and professional manner. - Create and publish daily community content, announcements, updates, and engagement posts across Telegram and other community platforms. - Write engaging content in multiple languages (English, Mandarin, or other relevant languages) to cater to different audience segments. - Maintain a positive, active, and engaging environment within community groups. - Monitor community discussions and escalate issues or feedback to the relevant teams when necessary. - Support community engagement activities such as giveaways, contests, quizzes, and member interaction initiatives. - Ensure community guidelines are followed and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. - Perform basic administrative and reporting tasks related to community operations. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of community and livestream activities. Qualifications - Experience in community management, customer service, livestream operations, social media management, gaming communities, or related fields. - Strong written communication skills with the ability to engage users professionally and confidently. - Comfortable interacting with diverse online audiences and handling enquiries in a calm and solution-oriented manner. - Highly proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Detail-oriented and capable of monitoring ongoing community and livestream activities efficiently. - Tech-savvy with the willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and workflows. - Familiarity with Telegram and livestream platforms is an added advantage. - Passion for gaming, digital entertainment, online communities, or social media ecosystems is highly preferred. - Curious, resourceful, and always looking for ways to improve user engagement and community satisfaction. Role Description We are hiring a Community Programs Coordinator to help bring MDS community initiatives to life. Working closely with the Community Manager, you will own the day-to-day execution of key programs and engagement initiatives, ensuring members have a seamless, valuable experience while helping the Community team scale its impact. This is a highly autonomous, execution-focused role. You will take ownership of specific programs from start to finish, coordinating logistics, communicating with members, facilitating participation, tracking outcomes, and identifying opportunities for improvement. A representative scenario: The Community team launches a new Squad initiative.
