Job Requirements
- Proven experience in US Non-IT recruitment cycle.
- Must have worked extensively on W2 requirements.
- Good exposure working with direct clients.
- Familiarity with US work Visa process.
- Experience working on US job boards, LinkedIn Xray and advanced LinkedIn search.
- Adept in boolean and other sourcing strategies.
- Very strong domain knowledge on the US Non-IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of US employment laws.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Willing to work in US shifts.

Job Description We’re seeking a driven and engaging Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent. You will perform full-cycle recruiting and work closely with department managers to source and close candidates who are a great asset for our company and culture.
