Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years’ experience managing category insights and long-term strategy growth
  • dynamic, hands-on leader with demonstrated success as both a top-performing CPG salesperson and as a leader on winning teams
  • deep understanding of Nielsen & Spins with the ability to develop a category story and key KPIs to outperform category growth
  • self-starter with the ability to take insights from data and put them to action in conjunction with RGM team
  • extensive experience developing and executing highly impactful selling strategies
  • adept at fostering strong partnerships with sales, marketing and RGM to develop a cohesive strategy that meets all company objectives
  • fluent in Microsoft Office and excel.
