Senior HR Manager
Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc.
• Provide strategic and hands-on HR leadership across multiple CVG manufacturing locations. • Lead a team of HR professionals including an HR Manager, Sr. HR Generalist, HR Generalist, and hourly support staff. • Partner closely with Plant Managers, plant leadership teams, and Directors of Operations to align HR strategy with business priorities. • Serve as the primary HR point of contact and liaison for assigned plants. • Ensure consistent, compliant, and responsive HR support across all sites of responsibility. • Manage workload distribution and prioritization across the team to ensure responsive, high-quality HR support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience leading and developing other HR professionals.
- Experience supporting an industrial and/or manufacturing environment is required.
- Demonstrated experience supporting multiple sites or a multi-site HR structure preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Proven ability to build credibility and influence with plant leadership, including Plant Managers and Operations leaders.
- Strong employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigation skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and change management skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to assigned plant locations.
- Fluency in Spanish (preferred, not required).
