A bit about the team and the role… As Senior Product Manager - Acquisition & Conversion, your role sits within PropTrack's Mortgage Solutions tribe. This product team focuses on creating integrated, highly effective lead‑nurturing solutions that improve lender and broker conversion and retention rates across the mortgage lifecycle. You'll be responsible for driving acquisition, conversion and retention outcomes for PropTrack's mortgage solutions products used by credit unions, fintechs, banks and brokers. Day to day, you can expect to deliver on the following: Develop deep market and customer understanding - Build a deep understanding of how different lender segments (Tier 1-3 banks, credit unions, non‑banks, fintechs) and broker groups acquire, nurture and retain mortgage customers. - Partner with Data, CX/UX and Commercial to run research, discovery interviews and experiments. - Analyse product usage, funnel performance and customer feedback to surface opportunities to improve acquisition, activation and ongoing engagement. Own the acquisition, conversion and retention roadmap - Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for features and journeys that improve: Acquisition , Conversion , Retention & loyalty. - Prioritise opportunities using data, commercial impact, customer value and strategic alignment. - Create generative research strategies to uncover new unsolved jobs-to-be done Lead cross‑functional delivery and experimentation - Work day‑to‑day with Engineering, Design and Data in an agile squad to deliver improvements to funnels, journeys, APIs and experiences. - Write clear problem statements, user stories and acceptance criteria; ensure the squad understands the "why" behind what you're building. - Set up and manage experiments (AI prototyping pilots, A/B tests etc) to optimise key funnel metrics (e.g. activation, conversion, time‑to‑yes, churn). Partner on Go‑To‑Market and Commercial outcomes - Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing and Customer Success on segment‑specific propositions for credit unions, fintechs, banks and broker groups. - Create Go-To-Market strategies to help scale up the product usage amongst existing and new target user bases. - Support pricing, packaging and positioning that link product capabilities directly to measurable acquisition, conversion and retention improvements. - Contribute product expertise to customer meetings, pitches, and strategic account reviews where needed. Measure impact and communicate progress - Define and track key metrics across the acquisition, conversion and retention funnels (e.g. lead‑to‑opportunity, opportunity‑to‑win, activation, product adoption, churn). - Regularly communicate learnings, roadmap progress and outcomes to stakeholders across PropTrack, Mortgage Solutions and the broader REA business. What we're looking for - Senior Product Managent experience in B2B SaaS , fintech , martech , or data‑driven products. - Proven experience improving acquisition, conversion or retention metrics through product change and experimentation. - Experience working with financial services organisations - ideally across banks, credit unions, non‑bank lenders or brokers - is highly desirable. - Demonstrated capabilities in forming product strategy and generative research campaigns. - A demonstrated interest AI tooling and AI product prototyping . - Strong skills in customer discovery and a genuine curiosity for lender and broker workflows. - Comfortable working with data and experimentation - defining metrics, reading dashboards, partnering with analytics/data science. - Experience building or optimising digital journeys and self‑service experiences that support acquisition and lifecycle engagement. - Strong collaborator across commercial, design, data and engineering teams in a product‑led, agile environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex problem spaces and influence stakeholders at all levels.
