Role Description The Hospital Solutions team at Doximity is seeking a commercially-minded Product Manager to support the growth of our hospital partnerships business. This role will improve existing products and create new ones. You will be responsible for enhancing the internal targeting and campaign delivery tools of our core marketing business. You will also experiment to uncover win-win opportunities that tap into other parts of the Doximity platform. How you’ll make an impact: - Own the mission, strategy, goals, and metrics to measure those goals - Inspire a cross-functional team of engineers and data analysts in the development of new product initiatives - Gather and generate requirements for product evolution based on business goals and internal user needs - Lead an Agile/Scrum process to establish the product roadmap with R&D and commercial stakeholders - Identify, assess and scope product opportunities, driving new feature development from conception to launch and optimization - Collaborate with external stakeholders to develop and enhance partnerships that drive product success - Work closely with sales and client success teams to optimize product strategy and ensure client satisfaction - Build consensus on strategy, design, and technical decisions Qualifications - 3+ years of relevant experience as a Product Manager - Highly analytical, using data to help inform decisions. Comfort with SQL a plus. - Experience working hands-on with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Hex, Looker, Tableau) - Results oriented. You can cut to the core of a problem, identify what needs to be done, and work across teams to get solutions shipped - Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and maintain relationships with a diverse group of R&D and commercial partners - Seeks out win-win solutions that meet the needs of our users and customers - Curiosity with an extreme attention to detail that drives self-audit of your work - MacGyver attitude: when something needs to get done, you are creative, persistent and resourceful. You do what it takes to GSD (get stuff done) - Prior experience in healthcare, particularly basic familiarity with claims data and/or referral flows, is a plus Requirements - The US total compensation range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $172,000 (inclusive of salary + bonus + equity). - Our ranges are determined by role and level. - The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. - Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training. - Please note that the compensation listed does not include benefits. Role Description We are looking for a Senior Product Manager II to help build DigitalOcean’s next generation of security and identity capabilities. This role will lead one of the core product surfaces within the Security Products portfolio and help define how secure access, identity, and workload trust are delivered across the DigitalOcean platform. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will: - Own the roadmap for your product surface within the Security Products portfolio, translating customer needs and platform capabilities into a clear multi-quarter product strategy. - Translate complex identity, access, and security problems into intuitive experiences in the DigitalOcean console and API, focusing on usability for developers and small teams without sacrificing security or capability. - Work closely with engineering leaders to define architecture, shape technical direction, and ensure product decisions reflect both customer value and platform realities. - Engage directly with customers to understand how they manage access, credentials, automation, CI/CD workflows, service-owned workloads, and security in cloud environments today, then identify friction points and shape solutions that reduce operational complexity. - Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
