• Own and scale influencer and creator partnerships. • Build influencer marketing practice from the ground up, designing frameworks, processes, and creative standards. • Develop and nurture a diverse network of trusted influencers. • Own the entire campaign lifecycle, translating client goals into compelling briefs. • Hire, coach, and inspire a team of influencer specialists. • Keep ahead of trends in the creator economy to adapt strategies accordingly. • Establish clear KPIs, measure performance against business goals, and prove influencer activity drives results.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a substantial portion of that time spent within an agency environment navigating diverse client voices and categories.
  • Demonstrated success in architecting and executing high-impact, cross-platform campaigns that resonate with audiences and deliver against strategic objectives.
  • Leadership experience —you have mentored team members or managed projects and are ready to help build and guide a growing team.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset —you can look at the data, figure out what matters, and clearly explain how it connects to real business results.
  • A solid network of creator relationships and the ability to negotiate partnerships that feel authentic, deliver value, and can grow over time.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the challenge of building something new. You thrive when given the freedom to create processes, set standards, and shape a practice from the ground up.
