Service Delivery Manager

• Lead network service excellence by driving Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to meet and exceed performance benchmarks, ensuring our clinical and business teams have the stable connectivity they need. • Create seamless service continuity by acting as the strategic bridge between internal teams and external vendors, resolving complex delivery issues before they impact the organization. • Optimize the total cost of ownership through rigorous financial oversight, ensuring our network investments are balanced between high-quality outcomes and fiscal responsibility. • Support continuous infrastructure evolution by identifying service improvement opportunities and approving root cause analyses to prevent systemic issues from recurring. • Champion operational integrity by ensuring all vendor activities align with corporate security policies, architectural standards, and risk management protocols.

Job Requirements

  • Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Extensive MSP Management Experience: At least 5 years of direct experience overseeing IT service delivery through large-scale Managed Service Providers, including contract negotiation and SLA enforcement.
  • Financial & Technical Acumen: Proven expertise in IT financial management (CapEx/OpEx) specifically within network service delivery or engineering environments.
