Product Manager – Senior Product Manager

Blue Rose Research

• Manage the strategy, roadmap, and marketing for a portfolio of products. • Work with our clients and internal users to gather, synthesize, and prioritize user feedback • Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, and our research team to scope requirements and guide product development from conception to launch. • Translate complex user needs and technical capabilities into clear product specifications and actionable development tasks. • Demo new product features to clients, develop product marketing materials, and clearly articulate the value of our tools. • Develop a deep understanding of the progressive political ecosystem to ensure our product strategy anticipates and meets the most pressing needs of our users.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional product management experience, preferably working on political tech, data-intensive, or B2B products.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and iteration.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis
  • Excellent communicator, collaborator, and storyteller, capable of inspiring teams and articulating a clear vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Adept at user research and can effectively synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback into a coherent and prioritized product roadmap.
  • Strong passion for our mission and an interest in the progressive political ecosystem.
