Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end lifecycle of lending products, monitoring portfolio performance, optimizing payment processes, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role also involves collaborating with third-party partners, driving customer engagement initiatives, and providing actionable insights to senior management. A strong background in financial services, third-party partnership management, and regulatory compliance is essential, along with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies for credit cards and loans to support business growth and customer retention. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of lending products, from design and development to optimization and review. Monitor lending portfolio performance, analyzing trends, KPIs, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement. Oversee risk assessment and management processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Collaborate with third-party partners to deliver competitive lending products and solutions. Work with key stakeholders to develop campaigns and initiatives that drive customer engagement. Enhance payment and lending processes, ensuring a seamless experience for customers across channels. Prepare detailed reports and insights for senior management to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge. Job Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) within Financial Services, preferably with experience in managing Credit Cards and/or Loans portfolios
  • Proven experience in managing 3rd party partnerships with a commitment to developing strong working relationships
