We're currently seeking a talented Account Manager to join our team and serve as the first line of contact for our American authors. As an Account Manager, you will offer customer success and project management services. You will coordinate efforts between authors, editors, designers, and other team members to ensure the successful publication of books. - Offer excellent customer success services to our American authors. - Coordinate activities between authors, editors, designers, and management to ensure the timely and accurate completion of book publications. - Follow established book publishing processes and procedures to deliver high-quality products to authors. Qualifications - Excellent command of English (Written and Spoken). - Excellent spoken communication skills. - Relevant experience in customer success or project management. - Good time management skills.
