Position Summary: The Scrum Master plays a dual role in both facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing technical projects across a range of complexities. This individual will serve as a servant-leader for one or more Scrum teams, ensuring Agile principles are upheld while also driving the successful delivery of technical initiatives. This role is instrumental in empowering teams to deliver high-value outcomes iteratively and incrementally, while fostering a culture of ownership and accountability. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and product managers, to ensure alignment and transparency. • Manage multiple projects of medium to large scale through sprints/iterations and phases of the project • Requirements gathering from the business users and ability to work with the business partners on clear and concise project status and communications • Facilitate sprint planning, release planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other related events • In partnership with product owner work with the scrum team on user story sizing and acceptance criteria definition, the definition of minimal viable product, and continuous refinement and prioritization the product backlog • Communicate team metrics per agile tracking system and provide transparency regarding sprint/release progress to all teams and management • Facilitate discussion, conflict resolution, and have an ability to track and remove impediments efficiently • Promote continuous improvement and help teams to increase velocity by providing direction for project activities to ensure successful implementation provide strategic thinking and tactical execution and promote a collaborative team environment that fosters experimentation, creativity and innovation • Update company program management systems for status, assist in the preparation and analysis of budgets and forecasts and resource capacity planning

• Provide services to implement a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) licensing and compliance platform. • Responsibilities include project planning and governance, requirements elicitation and user story development, solution design, systems integration, API and interface development, data conversion and migration, configuration management, testing support, sprint execution, training and knowledge transfer, production deployment, and post-implementation support. • Facilitate Agile delivery processes and support successful execution of project activities using Agile methodologies. • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to maintain prioritized product backlogs. • Monitor Agile performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
