Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Project Manager.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and aggressive delivery timelines.
- Strong experience with: Sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Agile delivery tracking, velocity, and burndown reporting
- Dependency management and blocker resolution
- Backlog management and delivery reporting
- Cross-functional team coordination
- Experience supporting migration, modernization, or cloud transformation projects.
- Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile delivery tools.
- Preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
- Experience with large-scale application or database migration programs.

Position Summary: The Scrum Master plays a dual role in both facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing technical projects across a range of complexities. This individual will serve as a servant-leader for one or more Scrum teams, ensuring Agile principles are upheld while also driving the successful delivery of technical initiatives.
