• Increase ARI's business success in the industrial & chemical sectors • Expand and develop new and existing customer business (including in steam boilers, heat transfer oil, hot water & chemical sectors) • Provide technical and commercial consulting to all market participants (investors, operators, plant builders, industrial planners and industrial distributors) • Develop and implement effective customer strategies through the earliest possible project insights (new investments, repairs, plant extensions) • Cooperate closely with our competent internal sales team, field sales colleagues and our product management / technical sales team • Handle projects, follow up and secure successful project outcomes • Monitor competitors and market trends, including reporting in the CRM system
Job Requirements
- Degree in engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in technical sales and project management in plant engineering / pipeline construction / process engineering, ideally with sales experience in the chemical industry
- Ability to build sustainable business networks
- Strong sales orientation combined with sound commercial understanding
- Target- and closing-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for our products
- High service orientation, self-driven commitment & motivation

Role Description As a Solution Consultant, you're at the heart of how the world's leading retailers discover, understand, and choose GK. Partnering with Sales, you'll support pursuits with Europe's largest grocery, fashion, and general-merchandise retailers — validating technical fit across our unified-commerce suite: POS, edge and cloud store solutions, payments, and promotions. Your mission: turn complex retail technology into clear, compelling value, with no fixed regional boundaries.
