• You analyze the requirements and business processes of prospects and customers during the sales cycle and develop tailored solutions and customizations to optimally support their business processes. • You engage and inspire prospects and customers with your initial consultations and demonstrate the benefits and potential process improvements achievable through our solutions. • You support your sales colleagues in preparing proposals by providing technical details and cost estimates. • At the interfaces with Sales, Product Management, Development and Customer Service, you ensure a holistic and consistent perspective on our solutions. • You plan product presentations, system demonstrations, as well as workshops, webinars and proofs of concept for prospects and existing customers. • In the sales process, you are the primary point of contact for technical and functional questions regarding our products and services. • You represent us and our solutions at trade shows, industry events and online platforms. • You actively contribute to the development of our market and sales strategies.
