• Beratung und Lösungsentwicklung • Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Geschäftsprozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb. • Durchführung von Discovery Workshops und Anforderungsanalysen. • Entwicklung individueller Lösungskonzepte auf Basis der Graia.ai -Plattform. • Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in technische Lösungsarchitekturen. • Presales und technische Unterstützung • Durchführung kundenspezifischer Produktpräsentationen, Demonstrationen und Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs). • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Low-Code-/No-Code-Prototypen. • Beratung von Kunden zu Themen wie Conversational AI, Prozessautomatisierung, Agentic AI und Customer Experience. • Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen (RFP/RFI) sowie Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Architekturkonzepte. • Dokumentation von Lösungsdesigns, Integrationsszenarien und Datenflüssen. • Sicherstellung einer strukturierten Übergabe an die Implementierungs- und Delivery-Teams. • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Entwicklung und Vertrieb. • Identifikation neuer Anwendungsfälle und Marktanforderungen. • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung standardisierter Lösungsbausteine und branchenspezifischer Best Practices. • Beobachtung aktueller Markttrends in den Bereichen KI, Customer Experience, Contact Center, Automatisierung und Cloud-Technologien.

Job Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Presales, Solution Consulting oder technische Kundenberatung
  • Erfahrung im Umfeld von SaaS-Lösungen, Cloud-Technologien und Unternehmenssoftware
  • Gute Kenntnisse von APIs, Integrationen und modernen Softwarearchitekturen
  • Erfahrung mit Customer-Experience-, Contact-Center- oder KI-Lösungen von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Inhalte verständlich und zielgruppengerecht zu vermitteln.
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Wünschenswert Kenntnisse in JavaScript, Python oder vergleichbaren Technologien.
  • Erfahrung mit Low-Code-/No-Code-Plattformen.
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau von Demonstrationsumgebungen und Proof-of-Concepts.

Role Description Sapiens is on the lookout for a Pre-Sales Engineer, WC to become a key player in our North America Sales team.
