Job Requirements
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, MS-102, or the former MCSA/MCSE)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune
- Experience with SCCM + Intune coexistence (co-management)
- Technical certifications relevant to the role
- Knowledge and experience with VMware products, Hitachi Storage, SAN (Brocade), and Microsoft technologies such as Azure AD, Intune, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and other Office 365 applications
- Advanced knowledge in implementing GPOs (security baselines)
- Experience with infrastructure for distributed environments (distribution centers, retail stores, etc.)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps
- Advanced English
- Preferred: Support experience for on-premises servers (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud (Azure), including applying Windows patches via SCCM and performing server firmware updates.
