Job Requirements

  • 9+ years of industry engineering experience
  • Experience building internal infrastructure, particularly in event logging and observability, preferred

  • Deep expertise in one or more backend/server languages (e.g., Java, Kotlin, C++) and a track record of architecting high-traffic backend systems

Role Description The National Organizer is a full-time position based in Oregon to serve the West Coast as part of Race Forward's newly formed Movement Building (MB) department, advancing a just multiracial democracy via organizing, narrative and cogovernance strategies.
