Regional Project Solutions Manager

• Lead SBD’s involvement in large-scale construction projects from pre-construction planning to project closeout • Mentor, develop, and manage a team of Project Solution Managers • Establish and manage sales targets and forecasts, devising strategies to achieve double-digit growth • Build and maintain direct relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors • Develop and execute comprehensive engagement plans for assigned projects • Identify new opportunities for SBD to add value and enhance customer satisfaction • Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and provide regular updates to leadership on project metrics • Leverage critical business systems to track opportunities and report on performance • Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote best practices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field required
- 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or construction project management
- 3+ years of direct managerial experience leading teams preferred
- OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications preferred
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), SAP, Salesforce.com
- Valid Driver's License and ability to travel up to 60%
