Senior Manager, Contracts & Pricing Strategy, Denosumab Provider Contracting

• Responsible for the development and execution of the provider contracting strategy across denosumab brands • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic insights, innovative pricing & contracting solutions and nimble execution to create a competitive advantage for denosumab • Lead provider contracting strategy and execution for provider customers, including bone and oncology providers • Partner with our field-based Account Management teams to support customer engagements and gather latest insights • Collaborate across Contract Development, Coverage & Pricing Execution, Legal, and field-based Account Management teams to develop and implement contracting strategies aligned to brand objectives • Analyze contract performance, customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitive dynamics to inform contracting recommendations • Coordinate cross-functional responses to contract performance issues, competitive response needs, GPO membership changes, and customer questions • Oversee proposal development, approval routing, and execution of documents including tear sheets, notices, and agreements • Drive provider insights and analysis for denosumab strategic planning, QBRs, forecasts, LEDR and LRS • Track competitor activity in the provider space and support KPI monitoring • Routinely interact with senior leadership and other high-level, cross functional committees or teams • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders; proactively seeks buy-in and provides ongoing support to address business needs
Job Requirements
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of either sales, marketing, contracting and/or pricing, finance, accounting, analytics, healthcare, or sales operations experience OR Master’s degree and 4 years of either sales, marketing, contracting and/or pricing, finance, accounting, analytics, healthcare, or sales operations experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of either sales, marketing, contracting and/or pricing, finance, accounting, analytics, healthcare, or sales operations experience OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of either sales, marketing, contracting and/or pricing, finance, accounting, analytics, healthcare, or sales operations experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of either sales, marketing, contracting and/or pricing, finance, accounting, analytics, healthcare, or sales operations experience
- Prior experience in contracts and pricing, direct experience with provider customers and have a good foundational understanding of buy-and-bill dynamics
- Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to bring structure to vaguely defined problems, pragmatically scope problem solving approach, and manage execution
- Authoritative command of complexity and ambiguity; ability to see the big picture; ability to collect, digest and assemble information to enable relevant business analyses
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence different styles
- Exceptional written/oral communication skills and executive presence across functions and across different levels of leadership.
