Pricing and Contracts Specialist

• Develop and analyze customer contract and pricing requests including product additions, price reductions, and right of first refusals. • Review bids, contract renewals, and customer requests to ensure company profitability and maintain market pricing. • Assist in the analysis and execution of customer terms and amendments. • Create customer offer letters and coordinate with legal as needed. • Prepare and review customer opportunities for approval and coordinate with supply chain and cross functionally as needed. • Analyze historical sales trends, IQVIA prescription trends, market intelligence, and other pertinent information to recommend changes to customer pricing, pricing models, and bid lists. • Assist in upcoming new product launch preparation activities. • Attend and participate in meetings as requested. • Analyze product awards and offers to recommend strategic pricing changes. • Develop, review, and analyze customer rebate structures and track performance. • Communicate pricing developments to appropriate functional areas as required. • Communicate with Finance, Government Reporting , Sales, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Marketing on pricing and usage models and analysis for forecast and accrual coordination. • Administer pricing activities in accordance with the Pricing Committee. • Implement pricing activities in the various systems timely and accurately. • Coordinate product and customer reporting and analysis with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Relations and Leadership. • Assist in the preparation of product and customer reporting and analysis within Pricing & Contracts and cross-functionally throughout the organization as needed. • Perform special projects as assigned per leadership’s request.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, finance, economics, and accounting preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to present analysis in a clear, concise manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines
  • Strong computer application skills especially Microsoft Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to protect confidential and sensitive information
  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English

Role Description We're looking for a Head of Monetization & Pricing Product Manager to build and own Redpanda's pricing and monetization strategy from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CTO & Head of Product, you'll define how customers buy Redpanda—from pricing and packaging to licensing, cloud monetization, and consumption economics. This is a highly strategic individual contributor role with company-wide scope, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in pricing, monetization, product strategy, product management, management consulting, or a related field. - Deep expertise designing pricing and packaging strategies for enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or consumption-based products. - Experience building or evolving monetization strategies with measurable business impact. - Strong understanding of cloud economics, usage-based pricing, licensing, metering, and billing models. - Exceptional analytical skills, including financial modeling and pricing analysis. - Experience partnering effectively across Product, Engineering, Finance, and go-to-market teams. - Excellent communication and executive influence skills. - Ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive cross-functional initiatives.
