Job Description

Service Lifecycle Manager

GE HealthCare

• Develop and implement regional service lifecycle strategies aligned with global GE Healthcare objectives and local market needs • Lead the strategy and execution of upgrade offerings • Act as the regional product leader for service lifecycle and upgrades • Manage the introduction, maintenance, and end-of-life phases of all service offerings for medical equipment across LATAM • Partner closely with commercial teams to drive revenue growth through lifecycle and upgrade opportunities • Serve as the key liaison between LATAM and Global Markets • Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and field service • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for service quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness • Manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders • Develop and manage the regional service budget, forecasting resource needs and optimizing expenditures • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to service operations in LATAM • Provide leadership to service teams across the region, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new service and upgrade opportunities and potential threats.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
  • Experience in service management, product lifecycle management, or similar roles
  • Strong technical background in imaging modalities, ideally MRI
  • Proven experience in commercial or customer-facing roles with the ability to drive business growth
  • Demonstrated leadership experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Knowledge of the Latin American healthcare market and regulatory environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans and achieve operational and commercial targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic financial acumen to support business case development and lifecycle planning
  • Fluency in English (required); Spanish and Portuguese are highly desirable
  • Ability to travel frequently within the LATAM region
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
