The Sales & Account Specialist plays a key support role across Sales and Account Management teams. This position helps drive growth and client satisfaction by supporting RFPs, sales initiatives, new client transitions, and ongoing account needs. In addition, this role serves as the primary account lead for a portfolio of low-need clients, ensuring consistent service delivery and proactive communication. This position may work remotely.
