Job Description

Business Development Representative

Velixo

• Identify and research high-fit accounts within the Sage Intacct, Acumatica, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ecosystems. • Execute high-volume outbound campaigns (60+ activities/day) using a mix of cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn engagement. • Conduct initial discovery calls to uncover prospect pain points, specifically around manual data exports, complex consolidations, and "reporting hairballs." • Qualify leads using frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC and schedule high-quality discovery meetings/demos for Account Executives. • Engage with ERP partners and consultants to identify "greenfield" opportunities where Velixo can solve immediate reporting gaps. • Maintain meticulous records in our CRM, ensuring all interactions are tracked and follow-ups are executed with precision.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in outbound sales (SaaS experience is a major plus)
  • Comfortable discussing spreadsheets and basic financial workflows (or eager to learn them)
  • Experience in an ERP ecosystem is a benefit but is not required
  • You view "no" as a data point, not a personal rejection
  • You can write a concise, punchy email and hold a confident conversation with a CFO or Controller
  • You crave feedback and are constantly looking for ways to sharpen your "hook" and objection handling skills.

Benefits

  • A Product That Wins: We have a high satisfaction score in the ERP community because our product actually does what it says; it makes reporting "Excel-erate."
  • Growth Path: You will work directly under the Head of Sales, giving you a front-row seat to how a global SaaS sales playbook is built and executed.
  • Impact: As a key member of a lean team, your wins will be highly visible and directly tied to the company's expansion into new ERP markets.
