• Partner with the Head of Get Blue to define campaign strategy and creative direction, translating fundraising and awareness goals into clear, compelling briefs • Lead the development of integrated, multi-channel campaigns across social, paid, PR, and creator platforms • Bring a strong storytelling lens to all work, ensuring the human impact of water access remains central to campaign narratives • Lead marketing strategy for co-branded campaigns with major corporate partners, embedding giving into consumer experiences across retail, e-commerce, media, and digital channels • Develop and execute go-to-market plans across social, influencer, paid media, and PR • Identify opportunities to expand reach through partner activations and brand collaborations, and support partnership pitches with creative concepts and campaign frameworks • Partner closely with internal teams to bring campaigns to market efficiently and effectively • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality creative and integrated media strategies • Ensure alignment with broader marketing efforts to maintain brand consistency and maximize amplification
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in brand, integrated, or partner marketing, with a track record of launching multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Experience developing and managing co-marketing campaigns with major corporate partners, including writing creative briefs and leading external agency relationships
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to bring ideas to life for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

About the role We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our fast-paced and friendly Marketing team. This role will primarily manage the creation and publication of consumer and dealer literature for the Ductless, VRF, and Light Commercial HVAC business units. This position follows a hybrid schedule, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week Key Responsibilities - Responsible for the creative direction and execution of all consumer and dealer launch materials and product literature for 12 Ductless brands, 5 VRF brands, and 9 Light Commercial brands; guiding the graphics team on overall look/feel and content direction - Develop key product messaging, translating product features into marketing benefits to aid in commercialization process - Manage marketing launch readiness process for Ductless, VRF, and Light Commercial products - ensuring deliverables from cross-functional team are met - This role is an integral part of the marketing team - with daily cross-functional interaction with brand, product marketing, training, and sales teams - Responsible for setup of all literature materials in SAP and vaulting in document management system - Manage the maintenance of literature appearance on HVAC partners, public dealer and consumer websites - Ensure Ductless and VRF literature order forms and directories are updated monthly - Maintain the Custom Literature Program for all brands as it relates to Ductless products - Act as liaison to Customer Service on issues of literature inventory and order management - Manage partnership with in-house print shop to ensure quality execution of all DLS, VRF, and Light Commercial print-on-demand literature Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - 5 + years of experience leading product commercialization and launch execution, including development of product messaging, coordination of content from cross-functional teams, and management of launch materials from concept through market release.
