Role Description We are hiring a Senior Client Success Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact and strategic liaison between our attorney and law firm clients and our internal marketing teams, ensuring exceptional client experiences and measurable campaign success. This role is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, translating performance data into actionable insights, and helping clients maximize the value of their digital marketing investments. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role. - Proven success managing client relationships and supporting performance-driven digital marketing campaigns that drive retention and growth. - Strong understanding of core digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, social media, email, and content marketing. - Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and familiarity with website analytics, tracking tools, and performance optimization best practices. - Demonstrate a positive, professional presence with the ability to build rapport, engage stakeholders at all levels, and confidently lead client-facing conversations and presentations. - Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate effectively across internal teams and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. - Familiarity with AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), and their impact on the digital marketing landscape, with experience leveraging AI-powered platforms and tools to deliver client value. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while delivering measurable results.
