• Manage all your business development activity through Sales Force • Prospect and identify new accounts from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) • Be a solutions expert for clients for compliance with air monitoring regulations • Qualify leads via phone, email, and face to face meetings • Schedule and facilitate discovery calls with prospects and clients • Attend conferences and trade shows as a brand ambassador • Meet quarterly sales targets from proactive selling activity • Ensure customer satisfaction and share results with the Senior Management Team • Keep up-to-date on industry trends and continue professional education
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of selling experience with a proven track record of success in business development for technical services or products, preferably in environmental related fields
- An undergraduate degree in a technical field (i.e., chemistry, engineering, life sciences)
- Proficiency with Sales Force
- Ability to proactively prospect, pursue and qualify leads
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Gmail
- Strong proficiency with CRM best practices (Sales Force or similar)
- Ability to engage in high-quality sales administration activities

This position is for a Salesforce Solution Consultant to support Koniag Management Solutions and our government customer. The position requires the ability to obtain Public Trust and is remote. Perform day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of Salesforce environments. Translate business and functional requirements into declarative solutions using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Record Types, and Custom Metadata. Maintain and enhance data quality through imports, validation, and deduplication. Configure role hierarchies, profiles, and permission sets to enforce appropriate security and access controls. Create reports, dashboards, and dynamic list views to improve data visibility and decision-making. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and testers to ensure requirements are delivered accurately and efficiently. The Aftermarket Regional Sales Manager (ARSM) will be responsible for assisting dealers grow and better manage their parts businesses. ARSM will be responsible to grow their business by implementing and managing CSS (Customer Sales & Service) programs including PM’s, inspection programs, marketing and retail promotional programs. They are also responsible for achieving CLARK’s parts business objectives in their assigned territories. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $194,000 and $234,000 per year.
