• Own and optimize complex, multi-stakeholder calendars for Security and Product VPs • Drive meeting hygiene and outcomes: agendas, pre-reads, the right attendees, action items, and follow-through • Coordinate operating rhythms: team meetings, leadership syncs, planning cycles, business reviews, org communications • Partner with VPs on priority management • Manage travel and logistics • Serve as a trusted liaison to senior leaders, internal teams, and external stakeholders • Handle confidential information and sensitive topics with care
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience supporting senior executives (VP level and/or equivalent)
- Demonstrated strength managing competing priorities across multiple leaders
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to build technical/contextual understanding to anticipate needs
- High discretion and integrity with confidential information
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-minded
- Proficiency with modern collaboration tools (Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, calendar tooling)

Role Description We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Detained Intake Department. The ideal candidate will assist with client intake processes, document collection, scheduling, follow-up tasks, translation support, and various administrative functions.
