Role Description We seek a motivated Sales Specialist to handle incoming calls from potential clients (leads), effectively address their inquiries, present our firm's services, and foster interest. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and using strong communication skills to convert leads into paying clients through follow-up calls, thereby maximizing business opportunities. Qualifications - Must be fluent in English and Spanish - Immigration Experience Requirements - Answer incoming calls from leads and forward them to the appropriate team members when necessary. - Schedule consultations for leads using the CRM calendar. - Create and manage lead profiles in the CRM. - Process consultation payments. - Text clients with consultation times and dates. - Address questions from both leads and clients. - Follow up with potential clients after consultations to encourage contract signing. - Engage in follow-up calls with leads to convert them into consultations. - Make calls to leads generated from sales messages. - Adhere to all documented processes. You'll serve as primary case manager and team lead, partnering directly with Production Attorneys on strategy and ensuring every filing meets the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities - Case Management & Strategy: - Serve as the primary case manager for humanitarian, family-based, and naturalization matters. - Partner with Production Attorneys on case strategy and issue resolution. - Handle complex, sensitive client conversations covering immigration history, risks, and next steps. - Review & Quality Control: - Audit cases for SOP compliance before filing. - Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and USCIS-compliant. - Maintain firm-level quality standards across every filing. - Team Leadership: - Lead, guide, and support a three-person production team. - Assign and monitor tasks per documented workflows, provide ongoing feedback, and proactively rebalance workloads to hit deadlines. - Deadlines & Filing Goals: - Maintain 100% adherence to USCIS filing and response deadlines. - Meet weekly and monthly filing targets and identify bottlenecks before they impact case timelines. Qualifications - 1+ years of paralegal experience in immigration law, with hands-on USCIS filing experience. - Familiarity with humanitarian, family-based, or naturalization cases. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in high-volume environments. - Comfortable leading others and managing competing deadlines. - Experience with immigration case management software.
