Role Description We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor specializing in stone and marble works, with proven experience in hotel and casino projects and Middle East (GCC) projects. The ideal candidate has strong technical and commercial expertise, excellent cost control skills, and is highly proficient in PlanSwift and Microsoft Excel. Immediate availability is required. - Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and take-offs specifically for stone and marble works - Perform detailed quantity take-offs using PlanSwift - Prepare cost plans, budgets, and cash flow forecasts - Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders related to stone and marble scopes - Coordinate with design, drafting, and project teams to ensure accurate quantities and pricing - Support tendering, subcontractor evaluations, and commercial negotiations - Monitor project costs and report on financial performance - Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and international standards Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management - Minimum 8–12 years relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor - Strong specialization in stone and marble works - Proven experience working on hotel and casino projects - Middle East (GCC) project experience required - Experience working in fast-paced, international project environments Requirements - Advanced proficiency in PlanSwift (required) - Very good to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, cost analysis, reporting) - Strong understanding of stone and marble specifications, finishes, and installation methods - Familiarity with international contracts (FIDIC is an advantage) Benefits - Remote or offshore work setup - Immediate start - Competitive hourly or contract-based compensation - Opportunity to work on prestigious hotel and casino projects in the Middle East How to Apply Please submit your updated CV highlighting your stone and marble project experience, hotel/casino projects, and Middle East exposure. Role Description The Director of Provider Operations is the operational owner of the provider experience across Blue Zones Health’s medical groups, delegated MSO, and RBO and IPA networks.
