Role Description We are seeking a Facility Data Manager with at least 8 years of experience to provide subject matter expertise across facility-related data management processes and technical projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across facility operations, maintenance, and asset management systems. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Facility Management, Data Management, or other related field. Requirements - At least 8 years of experience in systems engineering, data management, or maintenance and operations. - Familiarity with CMMS platforms and data analytics tools. - Working knowledge of ETL processes, data governance fundamentals, and KPI tracking. - Experience ensuring reporting requirements are met while maintaining high data quality and reporting accuracy. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. - Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to train and support facility teams. - Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to facility data management. - Must be a US Citizen with ability to obtain a NASA background investigation. - Must be able to pass initial and random drug testing. Role Description We are seeking a Data Scientist I who will support the management of complex databases as well as develop, maintain, and document code. The Data Scientist will collect and extract data using a variety of data extraction tools and carry out data management, visualization, and analysis tasks. - Support the development of dashboards, calculations, and reports which may require programming. - Support the development and tuning of machine learning models, which may require programming. - Support the development of infrastructure for cleaning and processing data and running experiments to evaluate system performance. - Mine various data resources for development of key metrics, performance indicators, and general business intelligence useful for planning and service design. - Perform error analysis and suggest and implement improvements. - Other duties as assigned.
