Operations Lead
CHEP
• Oversee day-to-day operations at third-party service centers and TPMs within the assigned region • Ensure full compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures across the network • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with third-party providers • Collaborate with site leadership to address operational challenges and implement improvements • Utilize operational data and performance metrics to evaluate the health and efficiency of third-party sites • Identify opportunities for safety enhancements and recommend investments to optimize productivity • Drive continuous improvement initiatives • Monitor and manage service center expenditures • Track and analyze Cost Per Pallet (CPP) performance • Manage between 4 to 7 third party plant operations • Ensure operational effectiveness, cost efficiency, desired quality and safety measures are met • Represent the operations function and actively contribute to local country and commercial strategic business plan.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelors/ master’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations, Logistics or equivalent
- Experience working in an international matrix organisation
- Negotiation and contract background
- Experience with budget management
- Previous logistics/supply chain/distribution/shipping experience
- Polish & English language skills required.
