Job Description

Revenue Management Advisor I

RealPage, Inc.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal RealPage staff. • Review pricing recommendations with or on the customers behalf to ensure customer adoption and satisfaction. • Regular discussions with site, regional and asset managers related to pricing questions. • Consult with customers on operational questions related to Revenue Management. • Consult with customers on parameter reviews and tuning. • Articulate the revenue management value proposition and develop credibility for its concepts and benefits across client organizations. • Efficiently run multiple projects and use Salesforce to track and update project steps. • Effectively communicate technical items to IT Tech or Support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. • Maintain a working knowledge of the integration with each Property Management System. • Identify opportunities for ongoing learning to ensure Revenue Management is fully adopted by the customer. • Prioritize requests for system enhancements and coordinate follow-up with the RealPage or customer’s product management group. • Provide input and feedback, from a business user’s perspective to the RealPage Product group, on solution features and functionality. • Coordinate with other RealPage teams as needed to facilitate timely implementation and overall client success. • Coordinate regular performance calls reporting to management regarding financial results, revenue management adoption behavior, leasing velocity and market conditions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 years of experience in multifamily property management or related industry.
  • Experience using Microsoft office products; Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to influence others.
  • Strong project management skills required; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work well in an autonomous dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% and work outside normal business hours at times depending upon workload.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively assess and address risk.
  • Analytical background and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • 5 years of experience in multifamily property management or revenue management - preferred.

- Support region and country teams in the adaptation and implementation of agency strategies, standards, tools, and best practices in humanitarian programming in LACRO, including emergency preparedness, response, recovery, and resilience. Network with relevant organizations to increase CRS’ profile in humanitarian programming, influence in the regional humanitarian community, and donor diversification. - Assume temporary leadership roles such as proposal coordinator, technical design lead, or lead writer on proposal development teams or program manager, emergency coordinator, or chief of party for program management teams for strategic humanitarian programs in LACRO or in other regions as needed.
