Marketplace Channel Specialist
Essendant
• Serve as a key support member of the Essendant Digital marketplace team • Improve marketplace product listings by partnering with Content, Merchandising, and Channel teams • Monitor policy violations and listing removal notifications • Review Voice of the Customer metrics • Monitor seller feedback, customer reviews, and return-related feedback • Monitor pricing alerts and discrepancies • Assist in tracking Seller Fulfilled Prime performance metrics • Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant eCommerce (online) experience either in Sales, Customer Care, Content, Merchandising or Pricing
- Basic to Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of eCommerce operations
- Basic knowledge of online marketplaces and marketplace platforms
