Job Requirements
- Holds a bachelorβs degree. π
- Has 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers. πΌ
- Is proficient in managing calendars and information flow with accuracy and efficiency. πβοΈ
- Has previous experience in sales, customer service, or a legal background (preferred). π
- Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish or Portuguese, both spoken and written. π£οΈβοΈ
- Demonstrates excellent organizational and time-management skills. π
- Maintains discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. π
- Permanently resides in Latin America. π
- Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection. π»
