Senior Systems Engineer – Global Major Accounts

• Manage account and partner responsibilities for selected accounts in assigned territory. • Provide the optimum combination of hardware, software, and services to meet complex customer needs. • Play a role in the development of the bid, proposal, and presentation of the solution to the prospect. • Provide specific solutions/technology/product/technical and sales support for accounts in assigned territory. • Deliver technical presentations to customers, partners, and potential prospects. • Manage channel partners to help drive business and deliver demand generation events. • Develop account relationships over time to continue to deliver advice to the customer and identify additional opportunities; maintain and manage a sales pipeline and forecasts against regional goals. • Possess competitive knowledge including solution, technology, and product offerings. • Provide consultative support to key internal/external stakeholders in assigned territory. • Use in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations. • Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs. • Prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions. • Create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions. • Build a proof of concept based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for client. • Provide consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation.

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of infrastructure engineering and some experience with successful pre-sales support is preferred.
  • Career level oral & written communication, organizational, presentation, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be customer focused and have the ability to design and manage solutions to complex technical issues.
  • Ability to interface with senior levels of internal / external organizations is required.
  • Extensive Aruba Networking or Juniper Mist Networking knowledge
  • Routing and switching technologies
  • Networking Security NAC experience - either Clearpass, ISE, Cloud NAC, Juniper Access Assurance
  • Wireless Design, deployment and troubleshooting
  • Pre and post wireless site survey knowledge - eg. Ekahau or Hamina
  • CWNA, CWDP, CWSP knowledge level preferred

Job Summary The IT Systems Auditor – Senior Level provides independent assessment, analysis, and reporting support to the DLA DAI PMO in evaluating financial system controls, ERP system integrity, and internal control compliance in accordance with FFMIA, OMB Circulars, GAO guidance, and DoD and DLA policy. Supports the DAI ERP Oracle EBS R12.2 environment by planning, executing, and documenting information systems control assessments, including cybersecurity, access controls, change management, and segregation of duties. Ensures DAI system controls meet federal financial management system requirements and provides actionable recommendations to improve compliance, strengthen internal controls, and mitigate audit risk. Primary Duties and Responsibilities include: Provide FFMIA and Federal Financial Systems Compliance Assessment Support. Demonstrate subject matter expertise in the Federal Financial Management Improvement Act and apply statutory requirements in evaluating DAI financial system compliance.
