Senior Manager, Travel & Logistics

LIV Golf

• Coordinate and ensure that travel to LIV Golf tournaments globally is executed on schedule and budget with the highest levels of quality and compliance; sets goals and objectives for the division that are in alignment with organizational goals. • Assist with onboarding new hires and host educational presentations which relate to travel policy and preferred standards • Provides oversight and management of the Travel Management Company (TMC): ensures staff resources are allocated appropriately, systems are in check, staff receives appropriate support, ensure duty of care, and that division activities are carried out consistently for the league to tournaments. • Track drop dates to avoid penalties and charges associated with unused room blocks • Payment process; set up with each hotel payment process, Master Account vs. IPO. Issue payment links to external partners, as necessary • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill hotel needs i.e. childcare, board rooms, conference space, room drops, breakfast, etc • Drive compliance towards online booking, advance ticket purchasing, lowest logical airfare and the use of preferred suppliers • Collaborate and develop strong working relationships with Travel Management Company (TMC), Airlines and Hotels to provide best-in-class service • Compile all travel and logistics information in travel packages for LIV Golf league travellers and input them into centralized communication platforms. Maintain and update information in and out of each program. • Support transportation plans at all events and coordinate with local providers for maximum effectiveness to ensure flawless execution of the program • Work with the Event Experiences team to deliver an elevated travel experience and special touches for all stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of Sabre, Amadeus or other GDS distribution system preferred
  • Experience with project management software’s such as Monday.com or Asana preferred
  • Superior written, verbal and organizational skills required
  • Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Excel, Google docs etc
  • High level of detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Adapt problem solver and multi-tasker
  • Global travel required
