Job Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, polished presence
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality documents, presentations, and correspondence
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on tasks with minimal supervision
- Comfort using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) to research, draft, and refine professional content is a plus – we’re looking for someone who uses these tools thoughtfully, not just occasionally
