• Oversee daily operations of Canceled orders, Late shipments, Supplier reach outs and FedEx case and claim investigations • Review and update SOP’s based off new processes and procedures • Manage team of employees to ensure accuracy in daily tasks • Inventory auditing and reconciliation • Develop and mentor operations staff to foster leadership growth and team performance • Establish productivity goals and develop processes for monitoring performance across 5–7 operations associates • Analyze operational data to identify trends and present actionable insights to senior leadership • Partner with cross-functional departments (e.g., Customer Service, Marketing) to align operational processes with company goals • Call suppliers to get the status of past-due orders • Oversee the processing of cancellation requests from the customer service team • Oversee the processing of FedEx missing tire cases and perform investigations when needed • Perform inventory audit trails and adjustments

• Owns the health of order transmission to suppliers and manages supplier performance, driving accountability for on-time processing and shipping. • Manages carrier relationships and in-transit performance, owning the shipping claims process end-to-end. • Owns the returns-to-supplier workflow (RMA retrieval and tracking), coordinating with the Sr. Ops Program Manager and Returns Center Manager on the physical handoff. • Manages the People & Ops Managers and the Program & Analytics Manager, setting priorities and holding the team accountable for performance and coaching across both Ops pods. • Leads special projects and cross-functional strategic initiatives alongside the COO and other leaders - applying the same rigor to one-off strategic work as to core fulfillment operations. • Identifies structural and process inefficiencies across the fulfillment organization, developing and implementing targeted improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Leads process optimization and automation projects, partnering with technical teams to apply AI and systems-based solutions that reduce manual work and cycle times. • Proactively identifies points of potential failure across the order lifecycle and puts safeguards in place before issues occur, shifting the team's posture from reactive firefighting to proactive risk management. • Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. • Other duties as assigned.

• Serve as the primary voice of the company, managing a high volume of inbound calls. This is a phone-heavy role, requiring up to 8 hours of active phone time per day. • Provide friendly, professional, and solution-oriented guidance on products, pricing, and website navigation. • Manage the full order lifecycle, including creating orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or warranties. • Drive timely resolution for all assigned cases within our ticketing system. • Hold yourself accountable to meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) while providing an excellent customer experience. • Maintain a high level of reliability and dependability in a fully remote environment. • Adapt quickly to new processes, tools, and shifting priorities as our small team scales. • Actively participate in continuous improvement by suggesting updates to FAQs and workflows to reduce customer effort. • Demonstrate a "creative learner" mindset by staying current on rapid product updates and company guidelines. • Take on new tasks and responsibilities as the company scales and customer needs evolve.

• Develop and execute comprehensive pricing strategies across all channels, generating creative solutions to optimize price positioning in competitive markets, and staying informed on industry pricing trends and competitor actions • Design, implement, meticulously track, and analyze pricing experiments and tests to optimize revenue and margin, documenting learnings and informing scalable pricing strategies based on elasticity analysis and competitive intelligence • Support company management with pricing recommendations and financial modeling, representing analytical findings with clear presentations and data visualizations, pursuing pricing optimization opportunities, and managing pricing policy implementations • Own key pricing performance metrics (e.g., margin analysis, price realization, competitive positioning, revenue impact), ensure pricing compliance across channels, and proactively work with teams to address pricing discrepancies • Analyze large datasets related to sales performance, cost structures, market pricing, customer segments, and price sensitivity to identify trends, generate actionable pricing insights, and develop regular pricing performance reports for stakeholders • Coordinate regular competitive pricing audits and market analysis to identify pricing opportunities, gaps, and optimization potential across product categories • Perform real-time monitoring of pricing performance and competitive dynamics, addressing pricing issues promptly and recommending immediate adjustments when necessary

• Draft all written communications for the account lead — emails, formal responses, and internal updates — requiring minimal revision • Build and maintain weekly account presentations, pulling data and shaping it into a clear, executive-ready narrative • Monitor account performance metrics and proactively surface anomalies or risks before they escalate • Track all open action items and commitments; drive them to closure without being asked • Prepare briefing materials ahead of every meeting or call • Coordinate rapid internal responses to partner requests, managing timelines and follow-through • Pull and analyze data from internal systems (BigQuery, dashboards) to answer business questions and build the fact base for strategy • Maintain a clean log of all partner commitments, decisions, and status updates

• Contacting suppliers for order updates and cancellations • Ensuring orders are being shipped and delivered in a timely manner • Monitoring shipping status and investigating lost, missing, or damaged packages. • Calling suppliers and getting status of past due orders • Processing cancellation requests from the customer service team • Processing FedEx missing tire cases and performing investigations, when needed • Processing sales orders for Tires-Easy owned locations • Performing inventory audit trails and adjustments • Being available on phones for warehouse questions regarding orders • Assist our Strategic Partnership Director with onboarding of new suppliers and other tasks

• Prepare reconciliations for balance sheet accounts including cash, accounts receivable, prepaid expenses • Reconcile customer invoices to operating and accounting system data • Assist in maintaining policies and procedures related to collections and accounts receivable • Liaise with internal and external parties to address accounts receivable matters • Reconcile company bank accounts for accounts receivable transactions • Provide support on revenue management and additional accounting functions • Assist finance and other teams with research, analysis, and reporting projects • Support the monthly financial close process

• Support the automation, development, maintenance, and optimization of our data pipelines and infrastructure. • Work closely with senior data engineers to process, clean, and transform large datasets, ensuring data integrity and availability for analytics and business decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and contribute to improving data workflows. • Develop and maintain Python scripts and applications for data processing, analysis, and automation. • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. • Reviewing data for accuracy, completeness and consistency • Organizing and maintaining electronic records for a company’s databases • Analyzing data in order to identify trends and opportunities for improvement • Assisting in creating reports and proposals to present findings to management • Address technical issues and provide IT support to ensure smooth business operations • Support IT management team
