Role Description ECS is seeking a QA Engineer to work remotely. Please Note: This position is contingent upon additional funding. We are seeking a QA Engineer with a strong focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Software Quality Assurance (SW QA). This role is responsible for validating that applications meet business requirements, functional expectations, and quality standards prior to release. The ideal candidate brings a detail-oriented mindset and a user-centric approach to testing. - Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure software meets business and end-user requirements - Perform software QA testing across web and application platforms - Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios - Identify, document, track, and retest software defects - Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders during testing cycles - Validate fixes and ensure regression testing is completed prior to release - Ensure quality standards and acceptance criteria are consistently met Qualifications - Active Secret Clearance - Experience with UAT (User Acceptance Testing) - Strong background in Software Quality Assurance (SW QA) - Ability to translate business requirements into effective test cases - Experience identifying and documenting defects clearly and concisely - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration Benefits - Salary Range: $140,000 - $165,000 - General Description of Benefits Company Description

• Own manual testing of web and Admin panel end-to-end as a QA feature owner • Run smoke, sanity, and regression testing cycles for WEB/Admin applications • Create and maintain test documentation: test cases, bug reports, checklists • Actively participate in SCRUM ceremonies and SDLC activities — refinements, decomposition, estimations • Conduct A/B testing and validate experiment setups and results • Investigate, reproduce, and report bugs with clear prioritization and full reproducibility

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing on new and existing features. • Identify, document, and communicate defects to the development team, ensuring timely resolution. • Test AI-enabled product features for accuracy, reliability, usability, edge cases, and unintended behaviors. • Use AI-assisted workflows to improve test planning, test case generation, exploratory testing, documentation, and overall QA efficiency. • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, development, and design to review project requirements, provide input during the testing phase, and ensure alignment on quality expectations. • Maintain accurate records of test plans, test cases, and results. Ensure clear and consistent documentation for stakeholders. • Plan and manage daily QA work across multiple priorities, focus testing efforts on the highest-risk and highest-impact areas, and proactively communicate status, blockers, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders. • Contribute insights to enhance testing processes, documentation standards, and workflows. Advocate for quality in every stage of the software development lifecycle. • Take initiative, follow through on commitments, meet expected business results, and consistently look for ways to raise the standard of quality across the product and team. • Takes personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work, manages day-to-day priorities effectively, and consistently delivers expected results with limited oversight. • Able to manage multiple testing priorities, sequence work based on risk and business impact, adapt quickly when priorities shift, and clearly communicate tradeoffs or risks.

• Support new product development by providing quality engineering expertise, support PPAP process • Perform process audits and product audits to verify the effectiveness of the supplier’s quality management system. • Work with suppliers for quality problem solving, root cause analysis, CAPA in timely manner. • Drive Continuous Improvement in suppliers’ manufacturing process, provide consultancy to suppliers for the improvement. • Conduct pre-shipment inspection • Other duties as assigned
