• Owns the customer relationship and actively manage the internal and external stakeholder relationship • Develops and nurtures relationships and adjusts value and adoption messaging • Develops and maintains strategic Customer Success Plans • Monitors customer KPIs to reinforce the value of the customer solution • Delivers Quarterly Business Reviews and semi-annual Executive Business Reviews

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success, technical account management, sales engineering, or similar role
  • Ability to translate business requirements into business value
  • Ability to manage executive relationships and discussions in Japanese and English
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Success best practices
  • Proficiency in customer success tools (e.g., Vitally) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
