Role Description We are currently seeking a Proposal Content & Knowledge Management Specialist to join our Corporate Marketing team in a remote capacity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and technology-driven professional who is passionate about knowledge management, content strategy, and process improvement within the AEC industry. You will play a key role in developing, organizing, and maintaining PRIME AE's proposal content and knowledge management systems, ensuring teams across the organization have access to accurate, consistent, and high-quality information that supports business development and proposal success. As a Proposal Content & Knowledge Management Specialist , you will manage and continuously improve PRIME AE's proposal and marketing knowledge assets while serving as a subject matter expert for Deltek Vantagepoint CRM and enterprise content management processes. You will help establish governance standards, maintain content repositories, and support proposal teams by ensuring critical information is organized, accessible, and up to date. In this role, you will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, IT, HR, and Business Development teams to streamline workflows, capture institutional knowledge, and implement technology-driven solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and proposal quality. You will also help position PRIME AE for future growth by leveraging automation, artificial intelligence, and best practices in knowledge management and content governance.
