• Play a key role in driving the successful implementation of EPI across the market • Act as the bridge between the acquirers and the EPI organization, design a tailored implementation plan and ensure seamless coordination among all stakeholders till the go live • Through regular engagement with individual members and the broader ecosystem, foster collaboration, share best practices, and build momentum • Be the go-to person for aligning efforts, solving challenges, and maintaining a 360° view of progress, making you the internal champion for EPI members and a vital contributor to bringing the vision to life • Support new members through onboarding, co-design their EPI implementation plan, and set up appropriate project governance • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the plan • Act as the central liaison between the EPI member and the EPI organization, ensuring timely deployment by guiding the member's project manager • Manage all dimensions of the implementation (tech, legal, branding, marketing, product) and facilitate sessions to resolve product, rules, and technical challenges • Lead and prepare the steerco's together with the member's project manager • Track and report KPIs, identify risks and mitigation strategies, and provide clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders • Contribute to the further fine-tuning of the EPI implementation approach together with your fellow implementation managers

• Assist in planning and coordinating projects from initiation through delivery • Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and deliverables against schedules and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items • Communicate with stakeholders, team members, and external vendors as needed • Support budget tracking and resource planning in collaboration with senior project managers • Maintain project documentation, governance frameworks, templates, and records in line with PMO standards • Create and maintain dashboards and summary reports for management and stakeholders • Support portfolio reporting by collecting, consolidating, and analyzing project data • Contribute to process improvements and standardization of tools and methodologies across projects

Produce project briefs, PRDs, and task breakdowns that are structured, precise, and executable — by engineers, AI coding agents, or junior team members — with minimal back-and-forth. • Use AI to remove work. Automate recurring status updates, meeting notes, and reporting. Build lightweight automations that free the team from low-value admin. • Manage risk proactively. Identify scope creep, resource conflicts, and timeline drift before they become incidents. Escalate with proposed solutions, not just problems. • Hold the cross-functional seam. Product wants to ship. Engineering needs clarity. Clinical has compliance requirements. Ops is watching cost. You translate between all of them without losing fidelity. • Improve delivery systems over time. Audit your own processes. Kill what doesn't work. Version-control the rituals that do. • Measure everything. Every initiative has a baseline, a target, and a definition of done. If you can't tell whether something shipped successfully, the spec wasn't complete.
