• Oversee the end-to-end Order to Cash process across wholesale and retail channels • Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, invoices, credits, and adjustments • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Retail, and Supply Chain teams to resolve order-related issues • Monitor order fulfillment and invoicing workflows to ensure revenue recognition requirements are met • Record and reconcile retail revenue transactions, including cash, debit, and other payment methods • Manage customer billing, collections, and dispute resolution activities • Oversee cash application activities and ensure timely reconciliation of funds • Maintain strong internal controls over revenue and cash receipt processes

• The Controller is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations of the California joint venture, including financial reporting, internal controls, technical accounting, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and external reporting requirements. • Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP. • Maintain accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and chart of accounts. • Supervise and develop the accounting team responsible for accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, revenue recognition, and fixed assets. • Collaborate with FP&A, Legal, HR, and Operations teams to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.

• Administer health and welfare benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, disability, and retirement plans • Provide benefits education and support to employees, answering questions in a clear, respectful, and compliant manner • Serve as the primary point of contact for leave requests and administration, including FMLA and ADA accommodations • Manage leave-related communications with employees and track leave statuses accurately • Maintain SOPs, job aids, and internal documentation for benefits and LOA processes

• Design and implement a bottoms-up financial planning model scalable across a rapidly growing retail footprint with isolated pricing and margin dynamics at the market level. • Own the full planning and forecasting process — budgeting, reforecasting, and long-range planning — and build the governance framework around it. • Build a real-time data and reporting infrastructure that gives operators and leadership actionable financial intelligence without analyst intermediation. • Own cash forecasting as a process discipline — the model and methodology, not the banking. • Serve as the planning resource for all market finance leads across the organization, ensuring consistency of process and model across markets. • Partner with Corporate Development to support transaction modeling and capital allocation analysis, freeing Corp Dev to focus on deal execution. • Integrate newly acquired markets into the planning model and governance framework on an ongoing basis as the company continues to grow. • Collaborate with operations, legal, and HR to ensure financial plans reflect ground-level realities across all markets. • Own KPI design and reporting across the retail portfolio — build the metrics that matter and ensure they flow to the right people at the right time. • Partner with the analytics and technology teams to ensure the reporting layer is automated, reliable, and scalable. • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for operators, the CFO, and the executive team. • Establish and maintain a planning governance framework that is rigorous but lean — process as infrastructure, not bureaucracy. • Build and develop a small, high-leverage team over time as the function matures. • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and senior leadership on all matters related to planning, forecasting, and financial performance.

• Analyze and "reverse engineer" varied accounting/costing methodologies from acquired companies; normalize data for corporate integration • Take immediate ownership of the master inventory listing and maintain data integrity • Drive year-end audit support for inventory and COGS; provide flawless documentation for all accounting entries • Monitor physical inventory counts and cycle counting across multiple sites • Partner with IT to ensure financial data integrity during the migration of legacy systems to the main ERP
