Regional Sales Director
Garner Health
• Own revenue responsibilities for Garner’s offering, focusing on the 500-5,000 life segment • Continue and expand on Garner’s advisor partnerships • Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking our fully insured sales and partnership pipeline • Partner with the other RD and SAE in the market to collaborate on in-market support and building broker relationships. RD territory will be broken out by broker house assignment
Job Requirements
- Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role
- Experience in health insurance strongly preferred
- Experience selling in MN market and have established broker relationships
- A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment with notable upside
- A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the healthcare system
- Willingness to travel to MN market as needed
- Strong ability to present and communicate a value proposition to external stakeholders
- A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
